Kālua Pork with Cabbage
Kālua Pork with Cabbage includes smoked, shredded pork mixed with cabbage. Traditionally, it is made with a whole pig, covered with banana leaves, and cooked in an underground pit for several hours. It is one of the oldest and most traditional dishes in Hawaii and is a local favorite.
