Mixed Fruit Salad in a bowl

Fresh and canned fruit make this juicy salad a wonderful snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup (11 ounce can - drained)
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (15 ounce can - drained)
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (20 ounce can - drained)
  • 2 medium apples (chopped)
  • 1 medium banana (sliced)

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers.
