Pear Party Salsa

Scrumptious, sweet salsa that will be a party favorite. Use a tart apple variety for best results.
Ingredients
- 1 medium pear, cored and finely chopped
- 1 medium apple, cored and finely chopped
- 2 kiwifruits, cored and finely chopped
- 1 medium orange, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey*
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- cinnamon graham crackers (optional)
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine pear, apple, kiwifruit, and orange in a medium-sized bowl.
- Pour honey and lemon juice over fruit and gently toss.
- Scoop up bites of fruit salsa using bites of cinnamon graham crackers (optional).
Notes
*Children under the age of one should not consume honey.
- Frozen or canned fruit (such as pears) can be substituted for fresh
