Creamy Italian Herb Dressing

Makes: 3 servings

Serve this creamy dressing over salads or use as a dip for your favorite veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all the above ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate in a covered container for at least an hour. Serve chilled.
