Low Calorie Dressing in a bowl
Makes: 4 servings

This dressing is low in calories but not flavor. Dress up any salad with this tasty dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato juice, low-sodium
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or vinegar)
  • 1/3 tablespoon onion, grated (1 teaspoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Whisk or stir together. 
  3. Store in refrigerator.
