Strawberries, Watermelon, and Pineapple Salad

Toss this fruit salad together in a flash. Doubles and triples easily for a large group.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced (or frozen)
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, or canned packed in natural juice (do not drain)

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Stir fruit together in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Cover and chill. Serve as soon as possible.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers (or try freezing for a slush).
