Yogurt Fruit Salad

Yogurt pulls all the flavors together in this splendid fruit salad! Use seasonal fruit if you have it on hand.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/16 cup (1 Tablespoon) orange juice
  • 2 medium apples, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix yogurt, cinnamon, and orange juice in a medium bowl.
  3. Wash and chop the fruit and add to the yogurt mixture. Stir and serve.
