This is a very good twist on an old favorite! Very tasty & fresh! I made it for use with SNAP recipients & it was so good that I made it again for my family & friends!

Nuts are a bit expensive, but this calls for only 2 tablespoons, and their flavor and texture add a lot. This recipe is great because it allows room for creative choices.
