I've used this recipe with several groups and it is always a hit. I use some additional herbs as well as a little more garlic powder for flavor - very good way to get youth to try spinach!

I found this recipe bland. If I were preparing at home I would change it up, but since I was looking for something to use in an educational setting I didn't want to add anything to change the nutrition label. I wouldn't make it for clients or for my family again.
