Bison and Wild Rice Stuffed Squash
Bison is a traditional protein for tribes in interior Alaska, Canada, and the United States. Wild rice is native to the Great Lakes region. Tribes across the continent, from the Southwest to the Northeast and into Central America, eat a variety of winter squash.
