Stuffed Bitter Melon Soup | Canh Khổ Qua Nhồi Thịt
Canh Khổ Qua Nhồi Thịt is a traditional Vietnamese dish that is commonly served during Lunar New Year and features bitter melon stuffed with ground pork. However, given how simple and light it is, it is also found on dinner tables throughout the year and is a very comforting soup for many Vietnamese-American families.
