Summer Breeze Smoothie in a glass
Makes: 3 servings

A delicious smoothie makes the perfect summer snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 6 medium strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, canned in juice
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth.
  3. Serve in frosted glass.
