I shared this recipe while teaching "Kids in the Kitchen" with a middle school culinary class. I almost didn't use it, because I thought it was a strange combination of fruit. The lemon juice and spices made it burst with flavor and the multi-textured fruits were great together. The students also prepared cinnamon chips from whole wheat tortillas and they were a tasty dipper for this delicious Fruit Salsa. I plan on using this recipe at home. I loved it!
