I made this for the kids I teach nutrition to. They loved it. Some even asked for more dip after they ate all their fruit. We had apples, pears, bananas, and raspberries. Out of 32 kids, 2 didn't eat it.

This recipe works well for people who don't like the taste of yogurt on its own. It's just as easy to use canned fruit instead of fresh fruit as well.
