Splendid Fruit Salad
Yogurt pulls all the flavors together in this splendid fruit salad! Use seasonal fruit if you have it on hand.
Ingredients
- 2 apples, medium (chopped)
- 1 banana (chopped)
- 3/4 container yogurt, low-fat vanilla (6 ounces)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/16 cup orange juice (1 tablespoon)
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Mix yogurt, cinnamon, and orange juice in a medium bowl.
- Wash and chop the fruit and add
- to the yogurt mixture. Stir and serve.
