Yogurt Smoothie in a Bag
No time? No blender? No problem! Grab a bag and get your smoothie started.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (non-fat or plain)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat milk (or skim)
- 2/3 tablespoon frozen fruit juice concentrated (2 teaspoons, thawed)
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Place ingredients in a sandwich size zip-top plastic bag.
- Squish the bag until all ingredients are mixed, then stick a straw in a bag to drink the smoothie.
