I wanted to find a recipe to promote healthy beverages (orange juice and milk) and came across the Orange Cow. The kids LOVED the flavor, many said it tasted like an Orange Julius. Also, only a handful of kids knew about nonfat dry milk and frozen orange juice concentrate, so that was a bonus teaching moment. P.S. I found I didn't need to use as much water as was suggested.
