I like to take oil based salad dressings and brush them on for flavor. Tomato basil is my favorite!

I baked these for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. I seasoned with a little salt and some garlic powder. Everyone loved them and my mother-in-law asked for the recipe!

I've made kale chips many times.
I bake at 425 for 5-10 minutes, checking every two minutes, sometimes rearranging the leaves on baking trays. They can burn quickly be watchful. Tip - keep oven light on!
Enjoy!
