Red Monster Smoothie

This smoothie has two cups of fruit per serving and kale for an added veggie boost. Try it for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale or spinach
- 1 cup water (optional almond milk or coconut milk)
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 medium orange (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Using a blender, mix the greens and the liquid of your choice.
- Gradually add in the rest of the ingredients, blending after each addition.
- Separate into two cups and reserve one serving for later.
